This summer we will be completely rebuilding 6th Street between Columbia and River.

New sidewalks with snowmelt.
New street with snowmelt from Columbia to College.
Expanded snowmelt on College Avenue sidewalks.
9 million dollars of investment.
We are applying for Brownfield redevelopment tax credits to pay for up to all of the cost.

50 Year Municipal Capital Improvement Fund
We now know what maintenance we will need to do 50 years in the future.
